Check in window is from 3pm - 9pm. You will be provided with a code to use at the gate to the community, which will call us and allow us to buzz you in. A gate pass will be provided to you inside the cabin. Please note that late check in is NOT available and you might be stuck at the gate if you do not check in by 9pm. Checkout time is 11am.

Renter must be over the age of 25. Additional guests must be listed on agreement. Visitors that are not listed on the rental agreement will not be allowed unless previously agreed upon in writing.

Payment Policy
Full payment and $250 security deposit due at booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit fully refundable within 10 days after checkout minus any damage fees. Please see rental agreement for more details.
Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel at least 14 full days prior to listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email) minus a $50 cancellation fee.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given.

- If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or decide to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
