Welcome! Our cozy cabin is the perfect place for your next adventure. It is located in a private gated community only 10 mi to Pinecrest Lake and 15 mi to Dodge Ridge. Take a 5 minute stroll from the cabin to the enjoy the small community lake, playground, baseball field, basketball and volleyball courts, sled hill, and a horseshoe pit. Our cabin can accommodate up to 4 adults (6 people total including children).

Check In: 3PM - 9PM
Check Out: 11AM
Check in window is from 3pm - 9pm. You will be provided with a code to use at the gate to the community, which will call us and allow us to buzz you in. A gate pass will be provided to you inside the cabin. Please note that late check in is NOT available and you might be stuck at the gate if you do not check in by 9pm. Checkout time is 11am.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Renter must be over the age of 25. Additional guests must be listed on agreement. Visitors that are not listed on the rental agreement will not be allowed unless previously agreed upon in writing.

Payment Policy
Full payment and $250 security deposit due at booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit fully refundable within 10 days after checkout minus any damage fees. Please see rental agreement for more details.
Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel at least 14 full days prior to listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email) minus a $50 cancellation fee.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given.

- If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or decide to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
